Inspection data: equipment details, photos, voice notes, signatures, and client contact information that you enter into reports.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited — collected via server logs and analytics.
Support data: messages and email addresses submitted through feedback or support channels.
Payment data: Paddle handles all payment processing. We do not store card numbers or bank details. We do receive subscription status and transaction references from Paddle.

How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account and provide the service.
To generate, store, and deliver inspection reports and certificates.
To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Paddle).
To send service-related notifications (billing, security, feature updates).
To improve the service, fix bugs, and develop new features.

Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inspection reports you create remain available while your subscription is active. If you delete your account, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
