We want you to be confident using Liftlog Reports. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use the order lookup tool with your email address, or
- Contact us directly through the feedback form on our website and we will forward your request to Paddle.
What Happens After a Refund
Once approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your subscription access will be removed once the refund is processed.
Free Trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period begins billing, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to your first payment.
